This is more of a locals only type of place in my opinion. It was my first time there and service was okay - a bit cool and gruff. The place is old but very clean with semi new tables. I enjoyed my time as much as I could but I felt like I wasn't fully welcome to be there.
shelley is by far THE BEST bartender to see evenings/nights! sunday-wednesday is her schedule! quick customer service, great quality drinks, and such a friendly experience! shelley is great and i cannot speak highly enough about her service and experience in the guests she sees! i do love this bar but shelley makes it feel like a home atmosphere forreal
My husband and I have been here a few times for his pool League. The barmaid Shelly is very friendly. She was very helpful with recommendations from the menu. We've had the chicken cheese steak, chicken tenders, and hamburger. My favorite is the grilled chicken salad. It's generously sized and topped with an entire chicken breast.
