The food was really very mediocre and disappointing. The pasta was mushy and the chicken parm was thick and overcooked. Not authentic Italian at all. The best part of the meal were the Caesar Salads that came with our entrees. The Bruchetta we ordered came after the salads instead of first and our two glasses of wine did not appear for about 15 minutes. If I could give our waitress 100 stars I would! she was amazing. Also, when I went to the manager to let her know how great our waitress was while I was waiting for the manager three other employees came up to me in less than a three minute time. Absolutely zero complaints about our night out at Bertucci’s! This was my first time dining in and our server Angela made it a fantastic experience. She was funny, helpful, and a complete delight all around. The food was beyond stellar for reasonable prices. Can’t wait to come back!
