Nice birthday lunch for my daughter and daughter-in-law. Always a good experience at Bertucci's!
The food was really very mediocre and disappointing. The pasta was mushy and the chicken parm was thick and overcooked. Not authentic Italian at all. The best part of the meal were the Caesar Salads that came with our entrees. The Bruchetta we ordered came after the salads instead of first and our two glasses of wine did not appear for about 15 minutes. We had to wait for a table even though we had made a reservation on Open table many days ahead. It was not a good experience,...read full review
