Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Near empty but friendly tables and patrons. Well taken care of! Lacking wine list... a must have for Italian and mix of food. Add a dozen more selections. Good value! Enjoyed and would go again!
The food was very good. I had not been to a Bertucci's in years and it was exactly as I remembered. The kids had a great time and loved their meal. The service was terrible. The server was training someone so I don't expect service to get better. They rarely checked on us, we couldn't get the final bill and didn't order dessert because we absolutely could not get them to come take our dessert order. The children were very upset. I got the Spicy Turkey & Avocado Sandwich, from the new menu listing, but asked the server to be easy on the spicy. It was very good, & served with fries. Very filling, too. Service was also very good.
