The Pencader store stole 1600 dollars of my money and corporate don't give a hoot.
Nice way to do business. Just before thanks giving and now I can't put food on table. Do not use this store.

Not today! The line was towards the back of the store because only self checkout lanes are open. Employees could have done a better job directing people to registers and/or managing customers moving to the register. Instead, it was a free for all with impatient shoppers piling up on top of others at the checkout. I totally understand staffing issues, but this was a cluster.

I went to the BJ’S in Newark De, in Pencader Plaza today and when I walked through the doors it smelt like someone soiled themselves and left it at the foor! The whole store smelt like that today and it was such a nasty smell I had to leave! My friend was there about 2 weeks ago at the same one and said it smelt the same exact way! How disgusting!!!! No one has said anything or done anything about this??? SO NASTY

BJs you need to do better with the number of paper products and water customers are allowed during this time. Usually customers are allowed 3 cases from my understanding but during a pandemic it’s really hard to get. Especially TP. One lady directing customers said it’s only suppose to be one. Luckily I was able to get one because I spoke up! She said she was going to be stopping customers and another worker told me she didn’t know. The line was really long to the back of the store but went really fast!
