The food here is good, but the service is just lacking.
I placed an online order for pickup through doordash (I will never trust a doordash driver after watching a driver pick up an order from Wawa, take it in the bathroom with them, and set it on the floor while they took a dump).
I get the alert that the order is ready, so my girlfriend and I head in to pick it up. There are two people ahead of us. The lady working the register finishes up with the first lady, then takes the second person's order, then she just walks away never to return.
In comes a doordash driver who stands all the way at the end of the counter. An Asian guy comes out, walks right past us, straight to him and when I said we've been standing here waiting they both just ignored us and ignored the fact that we've been standing there waiting for ten minutes. Meanwhile our order is sitting on the shelf getting colder and colder. My gf yells back there can we just have our order.
tl;dr staff completely ignored us the entire time we were standing there. Skipped us to go give a doordash driver their order then walked right past us while standing at the register this whole time. Waited over ten minutes and had to get ignorant just to get our order that was sitting five feet away from us the entire time.
I enjoyed their food but won't be back as I will not support a business that treated us this way. Time is money, and disrespect is not tolerated.

The two ladies on duty was very explanatory to me as a new customer. I must say I had read the reviews before I came and they didn't lie. The customer service to the food was excellent. Got the Thurs special club on a roll for $8 ( healthy sandwich) and some Jalapeño poppers.
Parking: It's in a shopping center so theirs plenty of parking

Breakfast is over at 11. I get an everything bagel cream cheese, two eggs, two bacon and a sliced tomato. Amazing every time.

Ordered a cheesestake. Was decent. Except for the fact all the cold stuff. Lettuce and tomatoes were underneath the steak. Making it wilted and soggy. And all the steak fall out when I bit into it. With that said. It tasted great.
Walked out didn’t place order. Very ghetto.
