check your food before you leave, even though they say you don’t have to. When you get the wrong order they don’t fix it and make you call a phone #, wait on emails to get it fixed. Poor cust. Service
The Bear location has the WORST SERVICE! Whoever bags the food does a TERRIBLE JOB!! My order is never correct!!!! Complained multiple times!
Not like it used to be!!
These nuggets which are burnt and hard for their color standard!!!! My kids choked on the chicken just based on how hard and overcooked it was. The manager on duty didn’t care and made it like I was the issue. For some reason I am unable to add the picture must be because they don’t want people to see the true quality they give out.
