Doesn't make sense the way the mobile line and regular drive thru is set up. If people have to wait for their food, you could already have yours, and you still have to wait in the drive up line for other people to get theirs! Not a good system in West Chester

Substandard in comparison to other “mall”-based or similar Chick-Fil-A locations, which is actually unusual given the standards to which I know Corporate holds franchisees. Often stops serving lemonade and sweet tea, their only two CFA-specific drinks (since they do not offer coffee nor shakes), and I have at times received fries that are cold or soggy and filets with breading peeling off.At this time they are still Grubhub pickup orders exclusively, and require you to arrive...

This is what happens when you Unapologetically put God in your Business. Doesn't Matter which one you visit, only the best people are sincerely happy to take your order. Haven't caught a single person employed by Chic-fil-A in bad, quite, dismissive mood. And if you don't care about the power behind the beauty of this place, keep going till you get it. They feed your spirit that opens up your body...Who the hell figured out how to hire for this company?
