The special tasting menu evening at Vita Nova was an excellent experience in fine dining. The food , wines to experience with each of the six courses and the service was impeccable. Also the care in offering substitutes for 2 shellfish dishes was greatly appreciated by one of the diners at our table. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed this fabulous meal. Congratulations to the students and their instructors for the culinary achievement!
