Older style neighborhood eatery with great Pizza and prices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Large to go pick up area and plenty free parking.

I ordered pasta and beans soup and I dont know what kind of soup was sent but definitely not what I ordered. I ordered lasagna absolutely disgusting salty as ever and maybe 1 layer thick no ricotta cheese and a ton of mozzarella cheese I guess to hide the looks of it? Salad also old lettuce. We havent tried the fettuccine Alfredo yet and at this point probably wont. CIAO you need to do better if you want my business again. To charge 52 dollars for horrible food is just not right. I will be calling tomorrow to request a refund and return this horrible food.

Placed an order online at 11:30 AM, went to pick it up at noon and it wasn’t ready. Waited 15 minutes for the pizza and the tuna sub to be finished only to get home and have it look like this. Horrible. Not worth the $31.

Ordered a pizza and made the mistake of not checking it before I left to go home. I get home excited to eat and I see a box full of slop, wet cheese, doughy crust that was this uncooked pizza... I live a bit of a distance so when they said they'd remake it i wasn't willing to ride back for them to remake my pizza so I asked for a refund. They said the manager would call the next day which never happened so I called back and I was in disbelief how rude they were. On top of them trying to make up lies to get out of refunding my pizza. Think first before wasting your money here

I’m so disappointed in this place. I used to love the pizza here & the staff, but neither are true anymore. I got a large pizza yesterday for carry out, when I got home it was undercooked, I couldn’t even pick up a slice because all of the cheese fell off. It was complete SLOP, it wasn’t cooked through AT ALL. Long story short, I called and asked if the manager was there b/c I wanted a refund. They said he wasn’t, but he’d take a message and call today. Nobody calls, so I decide to call and speak to the manager. He was there today, and apparently his name is “Billy Mavo” which I don’t believe, they kept hanging up on me before I could get the managers name. The manager refused my refund, he said he’d have to speak to the owner which could take weeks. The manager was SO RUDE and unprofessional, he actually hung up on me and kept having the employees hang up when I kept calling back trying to get their name. If I could rate this lower, I would. Save your money!!! I will NEVER eat here again. How can’t you cook a pizza????

My wife and I enjoyed coming here and our son was getting baptized. We decided to get catering from Ciao. They have always been so nice and even the regulars are very friendly.

I bordered Ziti (full sheet), Chicken Parm(half sheet), and sausage and peppers (half sheet), for about 20 people.

Everything was excellent. They even threw in a full sheet of these rolls that were smothered like garlic knots.

Plus, Caio worked with me as his original baptism date ended up getting snowed out and was pushed off for a month.

I will definitely use again and I'd highly recommend.

I ordered a pizza on dic 20. they got it wrong but, I called them back and they told me come back we will fix that for you. When I called they took the complain very well and the guy was very nice.I went back days after and they gave me my two meatballs subs as a refund from the pizza. Subs were delicious and GREAT costumer service.

I am a regular and placed a doordash order today. Everything came but the drink was half way filled. I love the food and have been going for years but it only takes two seconds to make sure you filled the drink all the way.

A real shame. Food and service here used to be good. Lately everything we order is wrong or bad. We ordered a large pizza and a turkey hoagie. The hoagie came as turkey on a roll and it was wrapped by someone I’m guessing was mad. The sandwich was smashed and inedible. I called and was put through to someone who instead of making it right, tried to justify it by telling me we ordered it wrong. If the owner is reading this, a hoagie has lettuce, tomato and onion on it. That’s what makes a sandwich a “Hoagie”. Also it’s not smashed with tape wrapped all over it. My recommendation is go anywhere but here.

Pretty solid spot overall! The red sauce is a little sweet for my taste, but the pies are cooked absolutely perfectly with a great crust. The real standout was the white pizza—garlicky, olive-oil, and seriously delicious. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving a well-made slice!

Very average pizza, would never have even left a review however I work in the area and have stopped in a few times just for something quick and cheap for lunch and every time the guys working up front are absurdly rude for no reason. From the minute you walk in they have an attitude as if they are annoyed you even came in to patronize them. This attitude most likely translates into the entire place leading to the uncleanly atmosphere and tasteless pizza. I try to give grace but every time I’ve come in here they have the same attitude and it seems like the pizza gets worse and worse up until this time when I literally threw it out after 1 bite.

If I could give negative star rating I would. Ordered online, you took my money and no food because apparently you are closed but not advertising that. That's shady as hell.
