First things first One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had in my life. Two ….actually the worst garlic knots I’ve ever had. They were dry, hard, flavorless, and extremely old. I could knock someone’s window out with These things. I don’t even understand how they’re still in business. Do yourself a favor…Little Anthony’s is like 5 to 7 minutes up the road…. Drive the extra couple minutes And don’t waste your time with them. Customer service is also trash.

The hot wings were extremely small the size of my index finger and I’m a woman. It was very underwhelming for 10.00…I also ordered the chicken cheesesteak I asked for hots they gave me banana peppers. I’m from Maryland and hots is the red peppers. The chicken was cut up chicken breast not sliced like the beef steak. The food here had no flavor whatsoever

Pasta sauce is far and away putrid . Waitress was babysitting her child who sat in the dining room. Meatballs taste like frozen / unitalian, absolutely terrible call this Italian food.

This was once a really solid pizza place. Was. Slowly rolling downhill like a snowball headed for hell. A recent bad experience was getting delivery through Slice app. The delivery driver left the pizza on a cold, wet step and did not knock or call the number we had to provide. Furthermore, the driver left the 2 liter directly in front of the door to get knocked in the grass upon opening it. Unacceptable. Ciao (and all restaurants) should not use 3rd party apps for delivery. Either establish delivery and pay a driver or risk losing customers like us. Losing business over mistakes that can be fixed doesn’t seem worth using 3rd party apps. That being said, the kitchen people I’ve interacted with seem fine.

I've eaten here probably about 20 times. So far I've only gotten Pizza - the broccoli or spinach topped slices. It's always excellent. I love this place. :)

I’m in the area for work tried this place first for its pizza which basically taste like ketchup with cheese melted on it solid 0 out of 10. Figured I would give it another shot tonight order basket of fried mushrooms too start which tasted like they were frozen since the ice age and saturated in 2 year old fryer oil, when I ate the first two both were still cold in the middle and then I ordered the lobster ravioli and scallop&shrimp that came with “garlic knots” which were basically a piece of bread warmed up with garlic salt on them the Ravioli came out with shrimp so freezer burnt it was clear and tasted like you were chewing on rubber the scallops were ice cold in the middle and the “Alfredo” sauce tasted like thick milk if I could give this place negeative ⭐️ review I would! So please save your money and go elsewhere where Olive Garden taste better and is more authentic then this place for Christ sake this restaurant is absolutely disgusting

This was my first time ordering here, and I have to say, it was a disappointment. We tried two pizzas, and they were incredibly oily with a flavor that resembled terrible oil. We ended up throwing both of them away. It felt like such a waste of money.

Only place you order and get 2 liters coke and after you sitting on the table they tell you you can’t open the 2 liters coke inside the restaurant. Why they freaking sell it if you can’t drink it. First and last time I visit this place.
