Disappointing Experience
Complete misrepresentation on the menu! Wraps are advertised as including chips and a drink, but the store chooses these items for you, with no option to select based on your preference. Nowhere on the menu does it state that substitutions aren’t allowed. To make matters worse, when I asked for the manager, there was no management on duty. The wrap wasn’t even cut, or the size communicated. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!
