Amazing. Stopped by A winery yesterday and Mike and Lauren had their awesome food truck set up there. Not only was the food incredible, Mike and Lauren were also super personable and really fun. Highly recommend getting something to eat if you come across them. The gyro, Cuban and dumplings were elite.

I know Mike and Lauren. Mike is a great chef and the food is uniformly well made and tastes great. Lauren is a dear and is always professional and cheerful. I'd recommend their carts or their catering services to anyone. Good food, fairly priced.

We have been to the Wandering Chef cart a few times over the past month. We caught them one day at Autumn Arch in Newark, DE & were able to purchase prepared cooked dumplings, which we thoroughly enjoyed! We most recently met up with the Wandering Chef at the Broken Spike Winery on 12/31/2020 in Earleville, MD. Here they were selling dumpling kits for New Years. We purchased one & prepared it the next day for New Years Day dinner. The dumplings come already prepared, but not fried....read full review
