“I love Kacey’s Kitchen! I have been a part of many community events and when I see the food truck I know it’s going to be a good time! Everything they make is delicious but my absolute, favorite thing to order is the pineapple ginger lemonade! It’s refreshing, the perfect ratio of pineapple and ginger, also just sweet enough to complement the fried plantain! If you see that purple truck it’s go time, don’t miss out and you won’t be disappointed!! The staff is always friendly and willing to help you if you have special requests! Now that I know I can buy the lemonade by the gallon I will be investing to keep my fridge stocked for the summer!“

“Fast, friendly, tasty food. I'm not a food truck person by any means. No real particular reason, I just don't make it a habit. Was at Dew Point brewing last night and figured i would try something. If you want burger and or fries, you were fine. Lol, it's burger night. It was perfect. Even the bun was the type I like. Did you convert me? Not really. But if i see YOUR truck, and I'm at least peckish, I'll stop.“

“Incredible pupusas! I got the jalapeno, the revuelta, and the pollo 3 for $10. It came with the perfect amount of pickled shredded onions, carrots, and cabbage on the side and a delicious dipping sauce. The food truck was very welcoming and the man inside brought my order to my car; he was so nice! I will definitely be back.“
