While the experience was fine, their cheesesteak was the most bland I've ever had. Really disappointed considering the name of the business. Absolute trash..

This is the best cheesesteak second to the philly cheesesteak found in Philadelphia!!! Go get a cheesesteak of your choice and find out for yourself!

One of our go to places.... Especially now after Pat's on S. Main Street closed. While a bit more expensive than some other pizza joints we've never had anything bad. Especially love the Garlic Bread Cheesesteak!!!

This was THE WORST CHICKEN CHEESESTEAK I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE THIS FAR! I am from the Cheesesteak capital “PHILLY” but still this Smdh!!!! You couldn’t pay me to eat another one of their steaks again and they gave my daughter steak instead of chicken !

Their cheesesteaks are the best around, but the sides were...ok. Wings were very large and meaty, and the hot buffalo is very tasty. Definitely will go again!Parking: Few spots on the street, rest are around back.

I was around for the original Claymont Steak Shop. It's a disappointment. The quality is just not there. Not that it was bad. Just don't live up to the name.

Been eating there since 95 it has a couple of rough years when it changed owners but it has returned to its former glory!

I ordered a delivery, paid $18 and my bacon cheeseburger was burned, patty and bacon. Fries were ice cold and soggy. I only live a few miles away. They shouldn't have been that cold. I tried the shop since I was told it was good, but this is the first and last time I will ever order from Claymont. Rating 1 star. I might as well have thrown a $20 bill in my fireplace. Completely inedible!

We tried them after hearing good things. The price was very, very high for 2 large Cheesesteaks 30.00 after a small tip. The subs were average at best, the steak tasted burnt, and they got soggy quickly. Very average at best. We won't go back.

Not so great. Ordered boneless wings and received bone-in wings. They did fix it and made the boneless wings for me but they were kind of weird. Very dense. Just not for me. My husband ordered a cheese steak and said it tasted good but had entirely too much meat making it difficult to eat. The roll fell apart by the time he got to the 2nd half.

Owner expects her employees to deliver for $5 an hour, putting wear and tear on our vehicles. Meanwhile she owns a Range Rover and Maserati.Don't work for this slum business owner! She don't value her workers, why spend your time making her ungrateful self richer?! You shouldn't, your better than claymont steak shop!Edit: well if y'all pay $11.75 an hour then y'all owe me a retro pay check for 6.75 an hour for about 200 hours cuz I was only paid $5. And had to deal with managers trying to steal tips!I know George remembers meBut just to clarify Cathy was the thieving manager
