Decent diary queen with great staff. Should've gotten the female staffer's name who helped me - she was terrific.

The restaurant was not busy; however, tables were dirty with used napkins and ketchup smeared on one table. Straw container at the condiment counter was empty. We asked for straws and told the staff that the container was empty, but no one ever filled it even after 30 minutes and us leaving the restaurant. Staff behind the service counter seemed to be horsing around when they could have cleaned tables, etc. Also, self-service drink machine must have been running low, and even empty - selection was limited. On a good note - the food was good.

This place can be hit or miss depending on the staff. This day it was a hit. My son and I had a great sit down lunch and we were not disappointed. I hate how inflation can rob the little things like a simple father son hangout, but nonetheless my son and I had a good experience at DQ. We will definitely frequent it more often.

Honestly was hoping for better.Limited ice cream options and we were after some desert. On top of that, personnel seemed confused and uncoordinated. The ice cream counter was a MESS!For ice cream we will go to UD Creamery.

We have never had a bad experience until our latest visit. On February 20, my dad and I took an hour-long lunch break at DQ. We get that lunchtime might be hectic and there can be a wait, but I'd still like to be in, place our order, and receive our food in less than 15 to 20 minutes. The woman in front of us was backing everyone up and slowing down the line with her ten distinct orders. With only one cashier, it took us more than fifteen minutes to place the order. Other employees did not approach to ring people out, despite acknowledging the line, which resulted to the line getting longer. We eventually placed our order, but because our lunch break was about to finish, we had to order takeout after waiting for our food for almost twenty minutes. The traffic through the drive-through was flowing more quickly, and those customers were receiving their meals far sooner than those seated in the dining room. The drivers for DoorDash and Ubereats were also picking up their food more quickly. The drive-through and food deliveries should not take priority over the dining room.We were also ripped off. When we returned to work, we discovered we did not get what we paid for. I ordered the popcorn shrimp combo, expecting a larger portion than the three that I saw in the menu photo, which appears to have at least ten or more pieces. Cocktail sauce was also supposed to be included, but I didn't need it for my three pieces of popcorn shrimp. My dad ordered the backyard burger ranch combo with onion rings and a soft drink (valued at $11.39) but received only a double cheeseburger and onion rings. After lunch, I still felt really hungry, so I had to DoorDash another meal to get me through the remainder of the day. Also, the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine was empty and running low, so there weren't many selections available.Although we had to rush back to work because of limited time, I wish we had checked our order for accuracy before leaving.Since I don't want to complain, I wasn't going to write a review, but I won't stand for being taken advantage of. We are unable to even seek a reimbursement because we never even received our receipt. These days, money is hard to come by and everyone is struggling, but I expect to get what I paid for.Although I haven't directly worked in fast food, I do have more than 20 years of experience in customer service, so I do know how things should be managed.I've never had a problem with the location before, and we've always gotten in and out without any issues at all. I'm not sure if there was a staffing turnover, inadequate training, and/or they were simply short-staffed.Do better DQ. Do better.

The food and service was amazing for me and my friend, the inside was disgusting tho, some of it might be because of its age but the tables, seats were dirty.

So my boyfriend and I went here after our Valentine’s Day dinner reservation. We walk in and my boyfriend tried to approach the counter. I hung back a bit and I could hear the woman speaking to him. He has a confused look on his face so I quietly asked him what she had said. He tells me that she told him that she WANTED TO TAKE A SMOKE BREAK BUT WE WERE ALL STILL HERE. Who says that to a customer???! Then she also could not find a CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH blizzard on the register, the most basic blizzard they have!! Then all the employees kept reminding us repeatedly that the dining room closed at 9:30 like we didn’t understand the first time. The woman at the counter was SO RUDE and obviously thought we were dumb (I forgot to mention this!) because I paid with a gift card and it asked me to select the tender on my end and so I did and she immediately says: “oh you don’t have to tap anything”. My boyfriend says she did have to, it asked her to select for gift card. that woman clearly needs to be retrained! Service was not great at all, blizzards were excellent per usual! We’d come back but hopefully we wouldn’t have to see the counter woman again!
