The food at this Panda Express was below 1 star. Lo mein was tasteless and terrible not even edible. Don’t even get me started with the rice it was flat out awful. I got the chicken teriyaki and it had a funky smell to it. I am not the one to complain about foods but whoever is running this Panda Express needs to get it together because it is down right awful.

This ? Express was a significant upgrade over the stores in the DC area. The staff was super friendly and the portions were hefty. The food was hot and delicious.
Supervisor should be terminated immediately she was very disrespectful to my whole family,she’ don’t have no patience no ethic,. .very rude and ugly

Service here is terrible...it seemed like they hate their lives, jobs, and especially the people who come in to order. The manager in charge should be embarrassed. At least the food was okay. The only employee here who was amazing was the pale hispanic man with a beard. Give him a raise!!
5-star deserving Panda! While rest areas are notorious for low employee morale, this one is a shining exception. The ladies on the line were patient and helpful as we decided what to get. The food was up to par and the rest area was clean and well stocked with napkins. Panda at Biden is your best bet for recharge while on 95!

Personally wasn't a fan of this particular Panda Express location outside of Wilmington, Delaware. The service was not exactly great and the food just didn't taste fresh. However, I hope to eventually return and try it again.

Way more expensive than the Panda Express down the street for the exact same items. Oddly enough the rice nor the Kung Pow chicken did not taste the same as all of the other locations I've been to either.
