5-star deserving Panda! While rest areas are notorious for low employee morale, this one is a shining exception. The ladies on the line were patient and helpful as we decided what to get. The food was up to par and the rest area was clean and well stocked with napkins. Panda at Biden is your best bet for recharge while on 95!
Personally wasn't a fan of this particular Panda Express location outside of Wilmington, Delaware. The service was not exactly great and the food just didn't taste fresh. However, I hope to eventually return and try it again.

Food was great so was the service the whole staff worked very hard on keeping the store clean was very organized. Manager was very nice made me laugh. Would recommend this for a rest stop the value wasn't bad.
