Bagel is never toasted even when I ask for extra toasted

The food and drinks are made quickly at this location. The guy at the end just inputting that your order is done takes forever. Today I was waiting so long for him to just put that my order was done and put it in the order pick up section that 1/3 of my frozen drink was melted. This was even with 2 other employees trying to help him because he was so frazzled trying to find the right orders food that pairs with the orders drink.

So this was mu first time ordering at time location . I ordered a toasted plain bagel and the cream cheese on the side, but instead they gave me a roasted bagel with a lot of cream cheese. I also ordered a butter pecan frozen drink but it was too watery and i couldn't feel the frozen coffee in my mouth but a watery coffee. If i wanted a iced coffee that would have been better

Just simply wow! The service and quality is unmatched by any establishment across the United States. This is the best tasting coffee and bagel I have had in my life. It is such a privilege to be a customer at this fine establishment. It is a crime against humanity that so many people in this world will never get to experience this place. Keep it up! I will keep dreaming of returning to Newark to come back to this work of magic.

the beyond sausage sandwich tasted like nothing! totally flavorless and bland. thankfully though, my espresso had overwhelming flavor! of being "burnt". also, I was charged for an extra order of hash browns which wasn't part of my order. i don't often visit Dunkin, today's visit here is a great reminder of why I stay away. thanks Dunkin.

They deal with staggering amounts of students especially during rush hour/ between classes and move pretty quickly considering the size of the line. I would leave some time during rush hour but otherwise they do an excellent job cranking out orders :)

Got my order wrong. When I went back to get it replaced, it was wrong again.
Dunkin Donuts Hot Chocolate is so great - better than any other hot chocolate around.
