This place was fun back in the 2010s, and it's only gotten better. The new food stalls are tasty and fresh, the study areas are spacious and have cool amenities like dry-erase space dividers, and the gaming center (where I worked as an undergrad when it was just a bunch of pool tables and a Wii) is massive and really well thought out for gamers of all kinds.
It's important to note that there is also a Food and Supply Pantry on the upper floor for students who need some extra help when things get tight. It's discreet and run by the kindest staff members. The pantry is available to any UD student—just reach out to them to find out the pickup schedule.

One of the best things University of Delaware’s campus has.
It has got it all. It has got following things:- 1) Esports Arena, where you can play many PC games. For this you need to login into your UD Account. 2) Blue Hens Game Arena, where there are lots of games like Play Station, Xbox, Mario Cart, Air Hockey, Table Tennis, Foose Ball, Pool Table and lots of board games. You’ll need your UD ID card for this. 3) There are many event happening here. Especially on every Friday - Perkins Live during main semester. 4) Many Food counters like Dunkin Donuts, Snap Pizza, The Den, etc 5) Students can also read here.
It’s the hub of fun for students.

First today here on campus. Got lunch from The Den -- a black bean quinoa wrap, sweet potato fries and a cookie. The food took some time but was well worth it -- everything tasted really good and was well portioned and made. The staff was very friendly. Will be coming here for breakfast every morning before classes!!

The only good food place is Denny's unless you want to pay more than 3 dollars for a cupcake. Perkins Live is pretty fun, they have trivia sometimes.
You can locate Perkins Student Center at 325 Academy Street in Newark, Delaware. Hourly parking is available in the Perkins Garage adjacent to the building. The building is ADA compliant with ramps, elevators, push operated doors and has railed bathrooms. View the campus map.
