We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation but we were seated immediately. Our waiter greeted us and offered to “park” my wife's rollator for us. The service was prompt, the shrimp pasta and the ribeye were absolutely amazing. The portions were so large we couldn't finish them-they were delicious for lunch the next day! Definitely will return!
It was a nice atmosphere and very lively. It was going well until I found hair in my food toward the end of my meal. It was brought to the attention of the server who notified the manager. He did come to the table and apologized but still wanted me to pay for the meal. He offered a free dessert. He did eventually take a certain amount off of the bill but it was after I asked about the bill after it was presented.
One in our party needed their dinner re-fired, which they did willingly. Then another person ordered and paid for a desert to go. After 20 minutes I found a server to check, and then a manager came and said they had run out, but were making a new batch and it would be another 15 - 20min. They were very apologetic and gave us a couple of gift cards.
