Had to wait for table. Sat by kitchen entrance which was chaotic. Asked to be moved. Was told that we would have to wait again even though there seemed to be available booths and tables. Was sat again in back room. The seating for Open Table reservations seems to be low priority. Have experienced this issue before. Service was slow. Had to ask for water 3 times. Meal took long time and was cold when it arrived. Won't be returning and not sure if Open Table is the way to go...
Went for our two year anniversary and the table had flower petals and balloons on there. Staff was exceptionally friendly and super accommodating for us made a very memorable and magical experience and I do greatly appreciate our servers time and ability to attend to us.
This was the first time we had been to Firebirds and we will definitely be back. The food was delicious and freshly made. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. My daughter had the filet which was prepared exactly as she asked. My salad was crisp and fresh and the sirloin on top was tasty and also prepared as I had requested.
