Gotta go see mike he's a awesome bartender and man I was very impressed with the food ! Wife and I tried tacos ? chicken cheese steak ? and onion rings and everything was really good and you can tell the onion rings were cooking in clean oil so fresh tasting

I have been going to this places for years, seen lots of staff come & go over the last 5 years, the current bar staff is absolutely horrible, most of the staff including the bar manager are rude, nasty, and just right down miserable. If the staff doesn’t like a customer, the service is beyond horrible, if you are a customer who has a issue with your drink, the food, if you ask for real silverware to eat with instead of the cheap plastic take out silverware, you as the paying customer are labeled a difficult /problem customer and from this point on, the bar staff will create issues for you as the paying customer, everytime you visit. The bar manager Jennifer will lie about situation, if you as the paying customer disagree’s with any of staff, if you as the customer try to explain whatever the issue is, Jennifer -bar manager will tell you as the paying customer that you are arguing with her.

The food service & quality of food has declined, this restaurant/bar is REFUSING to correct anything that isn’t cooked right, they are telling paying customers it’s their NEW POLICY not to recook, replace, remake, of anything, this includes drinks. This restaurant/bar is adding 18% gratuity at their leisure, no matter the size of the party. The bar staff is adding 18% gratuity to checks of the people they personal don’t like. This is very wrong since tipping should always the CUSTOMERS choice, based on the service they have received, however Game Changers is taking this choice alway from their paying customers. This truly is A Hole in the Wall Crappy place.

Had too wait over 20 min. To not get a beer. Had too flag server on the floor running food and drinks too other customers today my tap at $ 64.oo while the bar maid stood at the end of the bar eating something her husband brought her to eat!!? Left her a 25sent tip for her losy service now th manager won't serve me !! The tip is my choice so Now there loosing at least $100 per week not my lose it's the owners lose

So go there for company event. I order a drink and it wasn't right. Keep in mind drink was $10. Immediately I was told that they couldn't take it off my tab. I never said to take it off just wanted my drink corrected . Needless to say when I closed my tab they charged me for correcting my drink. When asked to speak to manager not once did she acknowledge their wrong doing but stated that it was nothing she could do. Pissed was an understatement. Will never go back.

I wish I can give no stars if you are the owner of this place . You need to teach Halley which is a bartender and her mom the manager customer service. Halley had the nerve after she ignored us when she first took our order with an attitude and with no utensils she was very disrespectful. So we asked for utensils she said just very blunt you are acting REALLY DAM NEEDY. I asked not knowing it was her mom who was the manager SHE GOES OUTSIDE TO A LADY. She came back in and stated well the manager said she is off duty . For her to be a manager and handling this rude disrespectful child they should not work together this was very UNACCEPTABLE A Shameful on this place.

The Bar tender Erin or Arrin was extremely rude and was fraternizing with other customers and not paying attention to the needs of her customers spending money. Not only was she rude but she was also trying to instigate a very minor situation which should have been handled easily and quietly . I was told the owner name is Tim and I left my information for him and I really want to talk to him about the very poor service myself and 2 others reciieved from her on Satuday 5-25-24.

Me and a few co workers were supposed to meet here for happy hour they didn’t come so i stayed and ordered fries, wings , and fried shrimp yess all for me, when my shrimp came out it looked like they were fried in old grease and the color was dark , i seen my fries in the bucket was dripping with oil and wasn’t crunchy at all when i told the hostess about not wanting the fries she said Loudly WHY?! , because they’re sitting in a bucket of grease she offered to put them in another basket and said that They do not take back, or replace unwanted food and this is regardless of how it comes out you still have to pay for it. , and your tip is automatically added onto your bill regardless of service.
