I’m busy and have a life, I’m a dasher I waited in the lobby 30 minutes with no help until someone finally came and stated they can’t fulfill order in system because they stopped making Ice cream at 3:00. It’s very inconvenient. 30 minutes I could’ve spent doing something actually useful. It wasn’t hard to just walk over and let me know before making me wait that long. I don’t get paid to stand around. Hoping that I just unassign the order without coming over to tell me something simple isn’t helpful because you’d be inconveniencing the next dasher as well, because someone else would show up.

Left us waiting all night while no one was in line. Only gave me 2 cookies after I ordered 3!! McFlurrys not mixed with syrup from shamrock shake at the top. Super disappointed really wanted my THREE cookies that I spent my hard working money on.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would, the food they give is not fresh even after you ask them to make it fresh. The manager Daniella is rude and it shows that she doesn’t care about her staff or costumers.
