Truly unbelievable how the staff is. I understand working food service on a college campus must be a nightmare but the register workers is terrible. She makes it so clear how much she hates the customers and her job. And they’re out of half the ingredients 90% of the time.

I recently placed a large order from Papa John’s, expecting the usual quality, but was seriously disappointed. I ordered an XL All-Meat Pizza, an XL Fiery Buffalo Chicken, and two Large BBQ Chicken & Bacon pizzas.

The BBQ Chicken & Bacon pizzas were a letdown—the chicken looked like breaded bits instead of real chicken, and the bacon was practically nonexistent. Then, for the XL Fiery Buffalo Chicken, they ran out of chicken and they called me to ask for a sub and they said that they can replace it with beef but didn't mentioned that was ground beef.

To top it all off, none of the pizzas came with the signature garlic butter sauce or pepperoncini—which is part of what makes Papa John’s stand out.

The worst place in the main street, ordered two pizza with multiple toppings. Chicken was missing as one of the topping and i dont get taste of any other cheeze or toppings other than tomato, msuhroom and olives. When i enter the store, none of them bother to greet or look at us, there was two indians at the counter, they dont even care or bother about customer. when i asked for my order they were like "WHAT", . may be store manageer need to teach them how to greet customer or replce. I writing this because this is such a frustrating moment as i order the pizza for the party.

This store really isn’t a good store ?This is the second time I’ve received burnt pizza I Place an order ahead of time like a day before the store had more than enough time to give me a pizza that wasn’t burnt to the max I mean don’t you do the checks on it quality assurance? Do you think this is OK? Question take peoples money and then burn the pizza so bad that they can’t even eat it because it’s so hard and nasty and taste it like an old pizza that somebody dumped on the floor. I called the manager to complain about it. I asked him if I can get another pizza delivered and told him that burnt he said he wouldn’t be sure when we get the Pizza I’m guessing because they were busy which I completely understand that. he said I can give your money back. I said OK well I guess I’ll get my money back. He said OK I’ll refund your money didn’t sound like he really gave a damn he didn’t even take my name or number or anything or order number to make sure that he gave my money back. This is two days later now today I checked my bank, not credited. How do you feel good about taking peoples money and not go following through with what you said you were going to do? Oh, I complain to corporate. And I’m not gonna let this go away I want all my money back I don’t care if it was a dollar that I paid .I’m disabled and I’m homebound and you totally took a vantage of me by not making things right this infuriates me with customer service if you don’t like your job and just get out of it, so what are we gonna do about this problem probably nothing right? and if this angers you look at how I felt not being able to eat I’m being homebound because I’m disabled that’s why I called to have a delivery so I had Throw the pizza out because you couldn’t even make it without breaking a tooth oh, and here’s a picture of everybody. I’m totally disgusted by people like this I was in food service and I never treat people this way.

I called for a delivery and had questions about how much I was charged it wasn't adding up when I questioned this I was meet with hostility and attitude and was hunged up on who ever this person was he was very disrespectful and I didn't appreciate that when Im spending my money I did call the people plaza store and spoke to Aldo who was very nice and tried to help but really I'm not to sure that I wasn't over charged

I use to order from this place all the time YEARS ago & recently started ordering from them again. This week will be my last time. Customer service is horrible. No greeting when you enter, just stares until someone helps you at the counter. I ordered a basic pepperoni pizza. The pizza was dry & burnt. No sauce whatsoever on the pizza. If I wanted cheese bread w/pepperoni on it, then I would've ordered that. Yes they remade the pizza, but the same as before. NO SAUCE! The reason why I order from Papa John's is b/c I never have to ask for extra sauce, the pizza is saucy enough. Here lately I'm seeing & tasting nothing but grease! You all need to get it together!!!
