Just found out about this place a month or so ago and got to say they are awesome. Like Pho? Like Sandwiches? They got you! Pho Sandwich is awesome! All the flavors, but no soup. And the roll they use. Toasted goodness. Mmmm. Wish I lived closer.
The food was incredible! I had the roast beef Bahn Mi and it BLEW me away and it’s only $12!!! The sugarcane juice is crisp, refreshing without being overly sweet, although it IS a sweet beverage it’s far from being like southern sweet tea, it’s balanced and delicious. Although the food is good, I was recently informed that the Pho soup would increase by 2 dollars. When I received my order I noticed more noodles and bean sprouts. In no way am I saying that a company does not have the right to raise their prices, but in this instance I find it shady. For a two-dollar increase one would expect more meat, but this was not the case. Due to the lncrease in price and decrease in quality of the Pho I will no longer frequent this establishment.
