“I came to Metro Diner this morning off the humbug. I was starving & was craving some chicken & waffles from somewhere close in the area. Surprisingly the chicken was very seasoned and crispy. The waffles were also very tasty and soft. The strawberry butter mixed with their signature hot sauce was also pretty good. Alicia was my server. She was such a doll :) Her knowledge of the menu is impeccable and she took very good care of me. “Bit of a wait for a table. Eclectic crowd of townies and college students. It was good that only half our group showed up as we would never have gotten a table together. One of our group tapped a keg and had to switch to a lesser ale! Food was good and service was attentive given how busy it was. Definitely worth a return trip.“

I will say there are days the broth feels off or the ingredients taste stale, but thankfully those are rare incidents. All around I love this place and take almost every chance to go there to eat when I visit the mall.“

“My family and I tried this place recently, and we all had a great experience. The pizza was absolutely delicious, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt authentic and comfortable.

The next day I went back about 30 minutes before closing to grab a pizza to go. They were already mopping the floors and getting ready to close, but no one acted bothered that I came in. They were just as friendly as the day before, and the pizza was just as good.

“We've now had Viva Vegan make at least half a dozen custom cakes for us over the last couple of years, and they've all been excellent! The head baker/owner Evangelina can handle any dietary constraints. One of our recent cakes had to be gluten free and also avoid a few other common ingredients, and the cake was still very fluffy and moist and delicious... a big hit among all of our guests! She uses organic and high quality ingredients as well, which no other bakery in town does that I know of.“

It was quite delicious, and we did not have to wait long for the foods to be served. Excellent service! Good reasonable price for the quality of foods! Plenty of free parking and their shop is packed with middle eastern products. They are sell fresh meat from their counter at the back part of the store. Hardworking family business and often they are in the kitchen working on their bread making so don’t panic if you don’t see anyone serving . Very decent guy who serves in the shop and very friendly.“
