I use to order from this place all the time YEARS ago & recently started ordering from them again. This week will be my last time. Customer service is horrible. No greeting when you enter, just stares until someone helps you at the counter. I ordered a basic pepperoni pizza. The pizza was dry & burnt. No sauce whatsoever on the pizza. If I wanted cheese bread w/pepperoni on it, then I would've ordered that. Yes they remade the pizza, but the same as before. NO SAUCE! The reason why I order from Papa John's is b/c I never have to ask for extra sauce, the pizza is saucy enough. Here lately I'm seeing & tasting nothing but grease! You all need to get it together!!!

I highly discourage anyone from ordering from this restaurant for late-night pizza. Despite receiving a notification that my order was ready, it never arrived. When I reached out for assistance, the manager on site was incredibly unprofessional, hanging up on me and then avoiding my calls. The food finally came when I was on my way out the door to drive to the store myself, so I got dressed for no reason. This lack of communication and poor customer service left me frustrated and in the dark about the status of my order. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable option for your late-night cravings.

Order a Shaq-A-Roni pizza you BETTER know what you are getting. Thin crust not regular crust and no cheese and that's what they said we ordered. Not according to our phone it says normal cheese. Who eats pizza without CHEESE. I know I should of looked at the ratings before placing my order. Nice job Papa John's on losing another customer but after talking to you on the phone I can tell it didn't matter you anyway. YOU need to step up your game. 3.6 rating says alot. Never again will I ever order Papa John's again.
