When you call pats and tell me your senior citizen used to give you a discount when you get there. Make sure you tell them about your senior citizen before you pay for or they won't give it to you.

Ugh. That was disappointing. Serves us right for doing no research. We did ask one of the workers if the pasta was good in the way in and she said, "Yes." So there's that. Hubby got the spaghetti and meatballs bowl. First time ever at Italian restaurant he did not eat everything. He left about half. I tasted it and don't know how he ate as much as he did. I ordered the Penne Vodka pasta. It was probably ok, but too rich for me. Not their fault, but the waiter said it was their best so I went with it. I took some home but I can't imagine it will get better with age. I think this may be more of a lounge/bar than a restaurant. Next time we'll read reviews FIRST.

On Saturday 6 May '23 at approx. 3:30 pm a group of six went to Pat's. Men's bathroom--- urinal pipes rusty & crusty, urinal- dirty & stained & stinking, sinks- dirty & stained & one sink had NO water faucet handle, both soap dispensers NO SOAP, NO PAPER TOWELS in holder. I went to manager & he stated that company he contracts w/ will be in on Monday to fill towel & soap dispensers & clean. He stated that company will NOT give him keys to soap & towel dispensers. I asked why he doesn't put out on the side of sinks towels & soap. He said it would be too expensive for him & corporate would not like it. A GOOD question-- What bathrooms do the employees use? Are employees treated the same as customers? This means that for the rest of Saturday, ALL DAY Sunday & until the company comes in on Monday before someone takes care of this NASTY BATHROOM !!! I'm upset w/ this manager's CARE-LESS ATTITUDE towards customers who dine-in. I also give Pat's Pizza corporate a HUGE THUMBS DOWN for not checking on their restaurant & noticing that these problems. I would give Pat's Pizza a HALF a STAR & that's because the food we got was okay. I found out that I have to give Pat's Pizza at least one star to post this review.

The family and I grabbed some lunch. It was definitely worth it. Food was great and the staff were pretty great too.

Long time customer been going for years - never going back. Place has gone downhill. Called to resolve an ongoing issue with tiny fibers being stuck to the outside of the rolls and sandwiches - presumably from the rags that are used to clean their surfaces beforehand. In the past I figured it was a fluke so I threw it away and wrote it off. This time (months later), I had the same problem on a different sandwich so I called. I was passed off to the manager who had zero customer service skills and refused to even acknowledge the issue. She then mocked me as if I was making it up and slammed the phone down. Abysmal service and mediocre food. Go literally anywhere else.

I was put on hold for twenty minutes not counting the minutes I wasted calling and getting no answer more than enough time to deliver and way before actual closing hours if you close at 9:25 you need to change your closing hours from 10pm and do your job and stop stealing work hours smh and I'm right on main st at that

I have ordered multiple times from this place through different avenues. I am an out-of-state purchaser for an in-state partner and I do have to say their food is good but unfortunately the individual that answers the phone is a bit to be desired. She is extremely rude and then hangs up in your face. Definitely not a people person. That is the only reason why I would not recommend that place. If you're going to order food my best suggestion is to go inside and not call on the phone.
I've been eating here for 20+ years, almost exclusively as take out. Good food, good value, nice rewards program, food is hardly ever wrong. Friendly staff. Keep it up!Parking: Free lot attached to the restaurant, easy parking.

I ordered a mixed drink, and they charged me $3 more than what was on the menu. Beware that they are not advertising the correct drink prices. I don't think that correct menus are that expensive - but what is perhaps more lucrative is increasing prices for alcohol. False advertising.

Order was wrong. Called to speak to manager and nothing was done to resolve issue. Micheal the "manager" has no customer service skills.We will never order from Pat's again. Really ashamed because we have been loyal customers for 20+ years

Rude!! Called to ask a question and they answered quickly and hung up without making sure that was all I needed. It’s my birthday and my family and I was headed there for fun and food but, when he hung up we decided to turn around and take our 1,000 dollar party ELSEWHERE!!

Well I am changing my review to a one I would give it zero if I could it says they close at 10:00 however at 9:15 if you call to place an order they tell you they're not taking any orders only if you're sitting in the bar because that's how business works I've been to this place many times and did not appreciate that attitude so I will not be giving them my business anymore ?
