Nice quality and tasty calzone and Stromboli pies . Properly sized.To be honest, pizza is not the best in this area. Place designated mostly for take out.There are some tables inside but you have to use plastic utensils and serve yourselves.
1/2/24 around 6-7 PM. Customer service beyond reproach! We accidentally gave the wrong address and when we called to find out where it was instead of us trying to work together to figure it out, the MANAGER, threatened to cancel order. We were accused of yelling at employee but were on speaker phone, When I tried to explain we weren’t from the area her words THATS NOT MY PROBLEM NOT MY FAULT! This person does not belong in the service industry. Told me I AM TALKING! That’s not customer service. How about address the issue and come together and figure it out? Not this place! Won’t be ordering from here again. Disgusting

It’s 9:15. I walk in. I’m immediately asked if I’m picking up. I say no. I’m told they aren’t taking anymore orders. I reply it’s 9:15pm and the business closes at 10:00pm. Spend your money elsewhere.

Disrespectful girl that took our order over phone..As the saying goes "Employees are only as good as their Employers" Only tried to order Medium pepperoni pizza at 5:00 on Sunday. Took at least 5 tries for her to get it, ask her to repeat order.She yells at me.then hungs up..Pizza was so bad . Manger yelled when I expressed my problem.i am done with Pats.. I called ON MONDAY.just to let Manger know..so rude .wasn't asking for anything. Usually I spend $170.00 aweek.. between lunches/dinners .My family suprise visits ALOT...ROBIN SORRY SO LONG..

The Pats business is usually good. But this location has very poor customer service treating you like your inconveniencing them. They use the cheapest dining materials possible. Paper towels plates and even the cheese for the pizza is the lowest budget imaginable. Lastly the smell of floor soap is so strong that you can't even smell your food that's right in front of you. In conclusion the family business is great but this location is absolutely the worst compared to the others.

I'm very appalled by the way one employee (allegedly a manager) handled herself. I've never experienced disrespect and unprofessionalism to this degree, ever! My sister ordered delivery and waited 2 hrs before she called to find out where's the food. Instead of the gentleman that took the order, she got a female who was so ignorant, disrespectful, and rude that I wondered how did she get that job. IF YOU DON'T LIKE DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC, FIND A DIFFERENT LINE OF WORK! So the delivery came finally, but the price was more than originally quoted. My sis called, got the same female, and what I heard was horrible. I didn't even know employees carried themselves in that manner. What an eye opener. I decided to call from my phone to speak to a manager about what I heard; and apparently the same employee got on the phone. Before I even got out the specifics of my call, the female snapped. I let her know I'll be there tomorrow to speak to a real manager about everything. Since it was my first time calling (and I have an Arizona #), how did she know why or what I was calling for, and was arguing with me from the moment she got on the phone. VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE ?

I ordered wings and a large pizza for delivery so i tracked it on there app & it said it was delivered. It was, 2 house's down ,I was so happy I gave this jackass delivery driver a $10 tip in advance. So I give Marrows rd another shot on my lunch break & when I walk up to the counter some dude an a 17 y/o girl both look at me like I got 2heads. Are you looking for a sign from Moses , I'm pretty sure people come in here cuz there hungry.Horrible service if you want a cheesesteak hit Malins deli & get your pizza from Mario's both on S.college ave in Newark D.E.
