We are Vietnamese and had food for our family event catered by Pho Ever last Saturday. The owner was easy to work with when placing the order and was flexible when I added to the order a few days before the event. The charcoal grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned, very tender and delicious. The charcoal really gave it that authentic smoky flavor and my family raved about it.
