I ordered a 10 PC meal and when I got home my chicken was cold and dried up .I never have gotten chicken this bad.i called and the manager said we cook fresh every 30 minutes. He told me to bring it back if I was not satisfied. I will never go through the drive through Again. I definitely will wait 30 minutes for fresh fried chicken. The biscuits were hard as rocks.. Hello there, I need to know who to contact in regards to an order that was placed. We went to the store location and they refused to help not only us, but the person in front of us. They said they took the phone off the hook to stop people from calling in because they were getting so many complaints. After an 8 hour drive from the Carolinas my little guy was hungry and we pulled in through drive-thru of Store #2582 on Kirkwood Highway in Newark and placed an order of an 8 piece family meal and 5 pc tender meal and some extra sides.
