Tonight after running errands I had a craving and I went in at about 9 and realized they close at 9:30. I HATE going in places right before they close but I was already there so I went in and the service was SO friendly despite me coming in late. The food was just as good as ever and I was in and out with my carryout order within 2 minutes! Can’t praise this spot enough. This location is so top-notch in service, consistency and quality.

I've had my order messed up in delivery a few times I'm sure because I change the dressings or get extra chicken and they get packed . Management went above and beyond to correct the issue and I eat here all the time healthy delicious and enough variety to switch it up and not get bored with it .

My experience has always always friendly and fast. Today I had a large mobile order with 4 bowls all of which had no dressing. I drove 20 mins away to get this just for it to not have any dressing. 3 of which were grain bowls and 1 was a salad. I called and there was no answer.

This place is a gold mine so I don’t expect this review to hold much weight with people. We used to get roots once a month as a healthy treat we looked forward to on nights we didn’t cook. Quality was always excellent weather eating in or takeout. The last 2 visits I have been disappointed to the point I will not be back. It used to be about 9-11$ for a meal that could be stretched into 2. Now its about $13/14 per bowl so a meal for 2 you might as well go to a restaurant. That being said, I understand prices go up…no big deal, still a nice treat. Wrong! These last visits the primary/secondary was mixed up, beets and chicken undercooked, barely any seasoning, and the roasted broccoli (once my favorite item on the menu) is mushy and overdone. Just not worth it anymore. Service at night is unpleasant. At this point Id rather just go out to a restaurant and pay an extra $5. Side note, your tip on the app for pickup will determine your protein ratio and the quantity of food you get in general. If you don’t plan to tip, go in person, not through the app.

I was craving “the works” and drove out for it and it hit the spot! I also like the PCS. I used to go often when I worked close to this place. - The quality is consistently great at the in-person line in my experiences. I remember the staff being more energetic but they were nice enough.

My favorite place! Everything is awesome. I have never been disappointed. I will post bowls next time because as soon as we get them home we attack without mercy! Roots has no competition! If you like fresh eating without worrying about quality, then Roots is it! One word of advice, check your takeout orders before leaving to make sure they got the order right.
The Food was so good my first time eating there. I had a kale chicken salad it was worth every dollar.

Although the serving sizes have decreased and prices have increased, the food here is still delicious, the staff is still very communicative, and the atmosphere is still clean and very hospitable!I personally recommend an El Jefe bowl with the works (a splash of hot sauce and lime) to brighten up your evening.
