I ordered a build your own stromboli with 1 ingredient wrong and was mad at myself for forgetting the ingredient and settled for what I was getting. The manager said no I'll make you a new one I want you to be happy. I couldn't believe it it. When it arrived it was amazing so I highly recommend this seasons 5 stars

Yup, 'tis true: there are a lot of Seasons that have ...problems. Not this one, though! I visit the Main St. location frequently, always for pizza, and I'm honestly surprised each time I get another perfect pie. A fatal flaw for many pizzerias, chain or otherwise, is burnt broccoli. Every time I've added a broccoli topping (or pesto basil sauce, or mushrooms, or grilled chicken), it's not only cooked and seasoned beautifully but also isn't overcooked within an inch of its life. I'm greeted kindly and jovially, and my order is always exactly right. What else can we ask for?

The guy who answered the phone is very rude and offended me I politely asked his driver to call upon arrival. Told him my roommate works nights please don't bang on the door. He let this happen numerous times. I will never buy from that store again.We got into a screaming match. So unprofessional bad for business I will find corporate numbers and report that store. He needs to be fired! Main street store in Newark Delaware don't call or shop there horrible attitude and experience.

This store is fraudulently accepting door dash orders before they are open. Lying about delivery time by over 2hrs. And making it impossible to receive a refund through the store or door dash app. I am forced to dispute the charge on my cc for an order that was delivered over 2hrs late after I had already left my home.
We moved to V.A and came back to visit fam. Everything was delicious, we really missed seasons! We got pizza and the seaso bites.
