The coffee here is a hit or miss. The customer service continues to disappoint. There are way better coffee shops on campus like that other Starbucks on Main St, or Little Goat Coffee.

Go here regularly out of convenience since I'm a UD student but this location typically sucks. From refusing to reuse an iced drink cup (I offered to pay for a new drink, just didn't want to waste a plastic cup) to giving a croissant when I asked for a cookie or giving black coffee when I asked for an americano. They'll rarely get your order right and will probably be half asleep or have an attitude while they do it.

They all need to have a better, more-smiley attitude towards the Asian male population on campus right now since we are some of the biggest customer bases in the world. If you're not gonna provide friendly customer service towards EVERYBODY (and not just only to white kids), then get the fk out of the customer service industry !!!

Kiosk styled store, with a full store menu. There are no furnitures to sit and relax. Very busy location, but the lines move fairly quick. Employees are very friendly and always tries to accommodate your requests with a smile.

Best Starbucks ever! This is my favorite Starbucks. It is in my building, how convenient can it be! I come here everyday and get the Green Tea Lemonade sweetened with no ice, and Spicy Chorizo. This is a delicious combination. Everyone is so friendly and the best part, everyone knows your name! In such cold weather, it feels warm and nice to have a short pleasant conversation with the ladies and enjoy a delicious meal.
