Supposedly this is an ice cream store. Not entirely sure how you call it that without any ice cream. Placed an order online for pick up, everything went through fine. Drove to the store and was informed that they didn't have any ingredients to make my order and that my order was refunded. They requested my phone number to take my order. Could they not call or email or text me to say they couldn't do it before I drove up there? Dairy Queen for the win.

Well first off customer service was not good at all. The ladies behind the counter just kept talking about whatever was going on in their life , We were not greeted nor did they acknowledge us, as we stood there. After saying something to them, My husband ordered the ‘It’s my birthday’ (left) I ordered the ‘nom nom cookie’ (middle) and my son built his own. The flavors were just basic nothing to go crazy about it honestly just looked decent. Not to mention how expensive this place is that cost us $30. Won’t be going back.

So yummy! Very cozy inside. Hard to miss when you're walking by though, maybe an a-frame display on the sidewalk would bring more attention to the entrance.

Came across it while revisiting campus. Delicious ice cream and the chocolate blackout sundae came in a full fledged mason jar. It was too much for 2 of us. Friendly staff and nice seating space. I’m a UDairy loyalist but will make an exception for this one.

I shared their fall mason jar. The ice cream had very little flavor. If not for the pumpkin Oreos and other cookies put in it, there would be no flavor at all. Kind of expensive for tasteless ice cream. Go to UD creamery. MUCH better flavors

I got the Earl grey floatea which was delicious, my aunt got the matcha, also delicious,but my cousin got the Thai and Vietnamese coffee floatea(not pictured) which I thought was out of this world! Wanting to go again to get it, beyond delicious! Service was good, fairly friendly and fast. Ambiance was relaxing even though I brought my whole family there(15 people). Overall 10/10

I am an ice cream lover, who like big cones or a lot of ice cream. This place was nice dim and friendly! I didn't give 5 stars because the flavors were basic, NO MINT FLAVOR/green ice cream. However had blue color ice cream. The aesthetics and experience is what made it pleasurable for me.
