Woman at the drive thru sounded so annoyed that I pulled up to order. Kept cutting me off while ordering. Ordered tacos and there was next to no meat in them. Quesadillia was so cold the cheese hadn't melted at all. Minus one star! Drive on to the next taco bell.

Honestly it’s disappointing the type of service overnight crew gives when y'all should be getting your orders right. When someone comes around for a second time on drive thru and you be giving us attitude for something you guys forgot to give us in our bag it’s honestly not okay. AVOID THIS LOCATIONI have never received my entire order and somehow multiple items are always wrong. I wish I wasn’t addicted to Taco Bell because I drive 20min away to go to another location. I used to go to this location a lot but when I told the manager about my frustrations they told me they couldn’t help me and to contact the corporate email and no one has responded. I’m done wasting my money.Vegetarian options: I always get a cheese quesadilla and they have given me a chicken one quite a few times.Dietary restrictions: One time they gave me cinnamon twists without asking because they didn’t have a dorito taco and I’m allergic to cinnamon.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Each one of my tacos looked similar to this. Soaked in what I hope is grease and not toilet water. If I die tomorrow because I ate the other two it’s this Taco Bell’s fault. I work somewhere we are dependent off door dash and Uber as we are not allowed to leave for lunch. Taco Bell should really give me a free deluxe box, the food not only was cold, it was probably not fit for human or animal consumption. Thanks a lot Brookside Taco Bell, I was having a bad day at work, decided to order from you, and you just made it even worse. There is a toilet out there that will also suffer because of your incompetence.

It never fails to have missing food. When I came back to the store, I was told to pay for food that was missing from a mobile order. Why would I repay for missing food???? The girl behind the register did not want to be there, and her attitude made it clear. So sad that a sour staff member can make you not want to visit the store again. Just sad customer service all the way around.

Incompetent teenagers running the entire restaurant, waited 20 minutes for a 3 piece tender meal. Asked several times and then once I asked for the manager they got it right away. Three orders after mine were filled, one being a family chicken bucket, unacceptable. Get some people that can handle work, these workers need to be at a gas station cause they can't handle anything easier than that.

The food is always hot, but soggy by the time it's handed to you for what ever reason. Understaffed so wait times randomly 20 mins for a order. Low key always food on the floor. And they've reduced food options.

Well I should just say how ridiculous it is when you call to speak to a manager here. I went to the drive thru and paid for my order...$19 and some change...when I got back to my office, I saw an additional charge for $12 and some change so I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. When I told her that I was charged multiple times, she didn't even let me explain, she told me that her regional manager told her it's the fault of my bank and I need to call them. I told her how ridiculous that sounded and thanked her for her time. First off, how is it that my bank charged someone else's order? Obviously they have had this problem more than one time, otherwise she wouldn't have told me that this is her regional managers explanation. So now, I have to wait for the charge to clear, to contest it, and all of this over $12 for someone else's order. I won't go here again especially if my concerns can't be addressed. Hope this doesn't happen to you. Pay cash if you're going to go here.
