The Taco Guys is an incredible taco truck with delicious food and really kind thoughtful service. Customers have ordered the best birria tacos ever eaten, with shells stuffed with filling and bursting with flavor. Other menu items include al pastor, carne asada, shrimp, and fish tacos, a carne asada burrito, a beautiful torta, and a quesabirria grande. The food is good quality, fresh, and clearly made with excellent ingredients. The rice and beans are next level, with the vegetarian refried beans like a luscious, creamy, velvety soup packed with umami flavor. Delectable homemade horchata and Jamaica Agua Fresca are also highlights. The staff is always warm, friendly, and impressive—offering to bring orders to cars when cold, explaining foods, and making suggestions. The vibe is authentic and comfortable, with a couple of tables with umbrellas, nice Dia de los Muertos decor on the truck, and flowers out front. The pricing is fantastic, and customers repeatedly return for the family business vibe. Highly recommend bringing hand wipes to dig in right away.
