Twice The Spice Caterers

I ordered Thanksgiving Dinner catered meal. The contracted delivery time for the meal was 4:30pm. The food did not arrive till 7:50pm. By the time I got the dishes reheated to serve we did not sit down for our Thanksgiving dinner till 8:30pm. My Thanksgiving dinner was ruined! They were not apologetic at all and avoided answering my calls only responding via text. And they only responded when they missed each deadline they missed at 5:30, 6:30, 7:30pm. While the food was tasty no one really enjoyed it because it was so late and my whole holiday was ruined because I was not able to serve anything to my guests.

Food arrived almost 2 hours late. There was no call ahead of time to let us know that there was a power outage and the food would be late. Only found out when they did not show up and we had to call to find out where the food was. The order was missing items and changed without asking. The order was for 200 people and included vegetarian options. Only 10 veggie burgers were included in the order. Food was mediocre at best. There was no apology or offer to discount.

Very professional and food is fresh and delicious. Also, affordable

The team did an amazing job for our North Dakota State fan tailgate as the football team faced off against the U of Delaware. Over 300 people were fed with fresh off the grill burgers, brats, hotdogs, & delicious sides. Chef Stephanie and her team epitomized great service and hard work for 4+ hours onsite. The pricing was very reasonable and they easily adjusted as our attendence increased. The crowd praised compliments to our alumni group about the meal and the service that Twice The Spice provided. If the Blue Hens host the Bison again, we'll be making only one call to Carmelia.
