This used to be so good but now everytime I order there’s a problem. The burrito had beef all on one side and the quesadilla was made so sloppy, it’s like whoever made it doesn’t like people, or food, or making food, or serving people, or working. The past few times they’ve just not sent stuff - no churros and no sodas the last time. Door dash is literally the worst way to order… if it doesn’t come right or missing items, no accountability, I have to drive to Freddy’s to get something fixed. If it wasn’t for the terrible DoorDash delivery, it’s the terrible care they put into my food. I’m begging them to give a little bit of effort and make the food like it was when u-dillas first opened so I can change this review.

Ordered door dash tonight. Who puts steak in a bbq chicken quesadilla?? And the bbq chicken nacho…. Why is there onions in nachos?? What the heck is going on at this place. Big tomatoes falling out of the quesadilla and the food is weird.

Never had a bad experience after years of eating at the Frisco location. I haven't ordered delivery but dine in service is fast and friendly! Highly recommend the fluffy and gorilla style is usually enough for two ppl.

I just ordered from here, food does not look ANYTHING like the pics. ? So misleading. The buffalo chicken nachos had barely no chicken on it or cheese or anything. 75% chips. The quesadillas were so disappointing. The churros were disappointing as well. This place is a joke. Can get better quesadillas at chipotle. The quesadilla looks just like wawas. ? This place is a scam. If I wanted cheap quesadillas I should’ve went to Wawa for the same exact one. So disappointing. Paid 50$ something for that stuff btw. ?

Uber eats messed up my delivery and the manager conference called the driver fixed the issue then remade the food. Awesome move to watch in live action. Cool business. Great people!

If you like 90 minute waits for food and getting hung up on when you call, this is the place to get it. They even told me that GrubHub sent them the wrong address, and if you’re thinking “No, that’s not how any of that works”, you’re apparently radically overqualified to work at this place.Eventually, they decided they had the correct address, and the delivery would be at my door in 10 minutes. An hour later, I’m still waiting. Super excited for the soggy mess that started its journey as a burrito though.
