Overall ambience of the restaurant, super quaint and quiet. Presentation of the food was great however, the flavor of the flu was very disappointing. I got a Bento box which is bento box B that comes with shrimp tempura ,tempura fried vegetables, miso soup California roll and beef teriyaki. There is absolutely no flavor in the shrimp tempura the fried vegetables or the steak teriyaki. If you’re going to fry something at least season the batter or the item itself. We went on a Saturday night and got a little bit of everything. The sushi was excellent and hibachi was perfect. Very pleased with the experience as well. Great service and excited to come back! Seafood boil looks amazing!

Oishii Ocean, Japanese & Cajun Seafood, is a hidden gem located just steps from the University of Delaware campus. From the sushi rolls to the hibachi, everything is flavorful and always hits the spot. The sushi is excellent and hibachi is perfect. The signature rolls are to diiiie for, and the special sushi rolls are a must-try. The seafood boil looks amazing. The price is extremely cheap compared to any other place on Main Street. The service is great. For any K-pop fans, they have started playing bands like boynextdoor, txt, enhypen, etc. inside. Oishii never disappoints. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, and the staff are friendly. The portions are generous. The cajun menu on the other hand, is an absolute miss. Do not order cajun food, order the special sushi rolls. They are certainly an affront to classic sushi enthusiasts but it's trendy and young. Overall, Oishii Ocean is a must-visit. Whether grabbing a quick sushi roll or looking for a relaxed dining experience, this place delivers consistently on taste, service, and value.
