ordered from here once before and the food was decent but their online ordering is the worst ive ever seen. big list of 50% off deals but it INCREASES the price by 50% instead. plus extra fees for take-out. ridiculous

they also gave me a hard time when picking up - no one spoke english. took like 10 minutes to figure out they wanted to see my drivers license to match the name to the order, despite me showing them a confirmation email.

i just want some sushi, dont make it such a hassle to try and buy your food.

New place I went to check out. Buy one get 50% off turned out to be a challenge! Went in, too difficult to order, no one spoke enough english to help with this deal so I left. Food looked good, place was clean and new, but too frustrating of an experience to do business with.

I've ordered sushi from here many times. The food is amazing! Food is fresh and delicious.
You order online or at the kiosk in the store. Idk if the workers even speak English because they didn't speak to me when I came in. (I usually order online for delivery.)
The restaurant itself is very plain and not inviting to stay and eat. I would recommend take out or delivery cause you've gotta try the sushi!

If i Could Give ZERO Stars i Would i Ordered Shrimp Fried Rice & They Gave Me Some BS ! This is Not Fried Rice At All . Didnt Issue No Refund Either . Any Time You Go To A Store And Order Shrimp Fried Rice The Rice Is NEVER WHITE . And Yall Barely Put Any Vegetables in It . The Second Photo Is Real Chinese! Not To Mention The People That Works In There Dont Even Wear Gloves Nor Wash Their Hands

I will never order from this establishment again. I also have had issues with my credit/debit cards being charged by them several weeks after I even went there. Had to dispute it with my bank and everything only to receive a letter that the provisional credit they gave me back was being reversed. Also had to get a new debit card only to notice now that I’ve been charged again by this establishment and haven’t even been there. I will be disputing this amount again and reporting this place to the BBB. They are truly stealing people’s hard earned money. I am now owed close to $100.

We order from here a decent amount, never noticed an issue until I recently checked my bank statement. I paid with my credit card which they charged correctly, but then for some reason they also charged my debit card on dates I was out of town, and it was a different amount then my credit card. I have no clue what is going on but be cautious as they also charged my GF the exact same amount they charged me when I was out of town, but they charged her twice. All I’m saying is use caution when ordering here. Never had this problem anywhere else, we won’t be dining here again.

Went here when it first opened (which was a WHILE ago) and haven't been back since and never will be back EVER! I checked my bank statements today and saw two charges for $19 over the span of a couple of days?! I never check my statements and I’m so glad I did went through a whole process of locking my card they won’t be getting another dime scamming me! Do not go here they slowly steal money from you if you do please be cautious use cash, it was crazy because I used the kiosk when I ordered here last! Bad reviews all around don’t mess with my hard earned money!!!

Never eat or buy anything here. The cook was picking his nose and never was his hands. Now I just woke up to them fraudulently charging my card for hundreds of dollars. Don't waste your time or risk your accounts. Will be notifying BBB in the morning.

First time trying and have to say I was blown away by how delicious my sashimi was! I got seared salmon, tuna, and more salmon. Delicious, flavorful, and I will be coming back for more!

My first visit to Umami Express won't be my last. I ordered two (2) rolls - Delaware and Salmon Tempura - and both were ample, plump, little beauties. The Delaware roll was stuffed with seafood (crab, shrimp, and more crab) and painted with that salty sweetness we all know as eel sauce AKA "the icky sticky." Great roll! The Salmon Tempura was just fine and just as tasty, although I don't prefer lettuce in my rolls. (Sorry, Boston.) The staff was friendly and accommodating. I'll be back for more.

Kid-friendliness: My daughter liked the Salmon Tempura. She was my road dog for the visit.

Horrible experience! They tried to charge my husband 150$ for 75$ worth of food. Was our first time trying! They had an issue with their credit card machine or system or whatever and FORCED my husband to show him his bank records to prove the funds came out before giving us our food. Portions of food are much smaller than shown in pictures online. Wish I would have ordered Great Wall. Never dining with this establishment ever again. Do not be fooled!
