Sitting at the waffle house is a great experience. Your order is taken, it is called out to the cooks and when you get your order it is exactly what you wanted. Waffle House is amazing!!!

Waitress was not great. Didn't check on us at all, never filled our coffee, never asked about our meal, never thanked us or responded when we thanked her. The young lady greeting and taking wait list names was the only friendly person on the floor. Bacon tasted off also. Will avoid this location in the future 😞

Avid WH visitors. Go to another location regularly. This one 3 times. First time we left when we were told the employee was saving the booth for someone who wasn’t there yet. Didn’t know WH took reservations. Last week during the day, even training with a new waitress, was great! And it was busy. But if you come on downtime? And everyone is in their phone. Forget it. Earbud in ear, not sure if that is ok with WH, however it seems to cause an issue with waiting on tables. From food before drinks. No silverware. Stale, old coffee. No refill. No return. To excuse when asked if we could get silverware. Not to mention the cook comments about when people show up. If people don’t show up to eat? You are out of a job. Done with this location. We still tipped well because we don’t screw people, but CORPORATE and MGMT need to look into the clique going on in here. We will drive the 45 to the other location. PS. Have to talk over the cook’s personal convo while at the counter, with only two other tables.

The food here is great. The cook James is great as well. He made my food efficiently and it was great. I also loved the customer service from l the salesperson Kay, and that brings me to why I rated my experiencing 2 stars. I had come to see her just to be told that she had been let go. I am so heartbroken and it truly ruined my experience. She was one of the best servers here. I truly wish she could come back. Otherwise I would have rated my experience 5 stars.

This was single handedly the WORST experience i’ve ever had. I walk into the building and of course there’s an only lady with a ski mask on, blaring the most obscene terrible music i’ve ever heard. There was also this cook, and not once did he stop talking, and by talking i mean yelling as loud as he can. He talked about how much he hated his job, how much he hated the customers, how there’s SALMONELLA IN THE EGGS!!! (Please understand that i’m not exaggerating, the cook did not shut up for a single minute)
The server lady was actually really awesome and nice, she deserves more.
Biscuit and gravy was very good . Try the sweet tea not a fan don't like mind too sweet . Friend got waffle yummy. Not a lot of seating here. But food prices are great.

My wife, son and me are waffle House got to have waffle people. Have not had a bad serving yet over the last ten years. My son and I recently drove 3 hours to and from our closest Waffle House. We were not disappointed.
