I haven't been to a waffle house in years. Our server Tara was really nice. The food was ok. My son had a breakfast scramble, he daid it was good and it looked good. Ordered a blueberry waffle and instead of spreading it out only in the center. The seating is very cramped. All around eating with family was pretty good.

I visited this Waffle House location on a Sunday around 1:30 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The atmosphere was chaotic — it was unclear who was dining in, picking up, or placing a to-go order. There seemed to be no organized system in place. The woman working the front was especially unprofessional. She gave attitude to several customers and even snapped at someone who simply asked when their food would be ready. When my own order was ready, she didn’t notify us, so it ended up sitting out for some time before we realized it was done. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially during a busy time when clear communication and basic courtesy are most needed. I hope management takes this seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Was one of our best experiences at Waffle House yet. Our server, Kay, was so kind and respectful in a way you don’t get at most places. She was super accommodating with our customizations and made sure we got our food quickly. Truly a great experience.

I’ve visited a few times recently, and the service hasn’t been great. The manager seems a bit distracted or overly energetic, and at times has made comments that felt like they wanted us to leave. It impacted the overall experience, and I hope they work on being more welcoming to guests.

The takeout grits in the container taste a little like it was left sitting too long, the top part was good but as I got close to the bottom it tasted a little moldy but other than that everything else was perfect

The food is not good. My steak was precooked and already overdone and too salty. The hash browns were overdone and the eggs with cheese were gross. The grits had too much butter. Nothing tasted right. Service was phenomenal.
