This place has very bad service and poor management. My order was incorrect, and I was initially told that I could not get my money back so I asked to speak to the manager the manager seem disconnected and seem to communicate through the Employee, even though she was standing not too far from me. I think it possibly was a language barrier, which I failed to believe I’m not sure if Wendy’s will hire someone as a manager who does not speak English or claim to not speak English. I think this manager at this particular location should be retrained. The store was not too busy in the drive-through and I waited for almost 10 minutes before I was initially waiting on. Not sure why it took so long everyone seemed to be working, but no one’s paying attention to customers when they walk in the morale of the store seemed very low. No one seemed to want to work including the manager this encounter happened at approximately 3:00 PM December 10, 2025

Staff doesn’t greet you, they stare at you while barely even working. There was a puddle of liquid at the counter upon entry, the soda machine looked as if someone chucked a few full cups its way, they didn’t have my order ready, took about 10 minutes to complete. All for the order to be missing the most costly items🙄 I didn’t receive my Dave double cheeseburger, 2 large fries, and a double cheeseburger biggie meal. I just want my funds returned. Never again with Wendy’s. Yall hire lazy workers and they don’t clean. Wendy’s fell off big time!!! A month later and Wendy’s still hasn’t corrected nor refunded my money.

Long wait my food was cold, my drink wasn't even filled all the way, i didn't receive a receipt horrible service Burger was okay two out of 10 my fries were cold as well.

Really bad customer service the workers do not seem like they like their job the route to customers it’s not clean in there. They ignore their customers.

I went to the drive thru, there was no line, and I waited a solid 2 minutes before my order was taken. Then I pull up, I hear the coworkers cussing at each other, goofing off, and it took an extra few minutes to be given my food that was there. I’m not expecting much, but the common courtesy to not curse or goof off too much around customers made me salty.

Very clean place if they still have it you need to get the Wendy’s meal with mystery sauce and a large chocolate milkshake the meal comes with with the sauce having spice and good flavor

This is the worst Wendy's. Countless times my order has been messed up. I've seen people get furious with staff in the drive thru a bunch of times. I gave up coming here.

This has to be the worse Wendy's I've been to. I have visited this location multiple times and EACH TIME. This is not an exaggeration, I am LAZY and would not seek to write a review if it werent this BAD. But every time I go to this location something is wrong with my food. And this last time broke the camels back. My fries were poured upside down wrong, I got the wrong sandwich and they forgot the pull aparts. Not to mention the young woman (white with red hair) who gave me my food couldnt be less bothered. Slammed the glass on me twice when I asked for my missing item as if I did something wrong.

Last time I am visiting this place. Either I just have terrible luck with this one, but most likely whoever does the hiring at this location does not care, the managers do not care and I am surprised that it even is sniffing a 3 as a rating.
