This is the worst Wendy's. Countless times my order has been messed up. I've seen people get furious with staff in the drive thru a bunch of times. I gave up coming here.

This has to be the worse Wendy's I've been to. I have visited this location multiple times and EACH TIME. This is not an exaggeration, I am LAZY and would not seek to write a review if it werent this BAD. But every time I go to this location something is wrong with my food. And this last time broke the camels back. My fries were poured upside down wrong, I got the wrong sandwich and they forgot the pull aparts. Not to mention the young woman (white with red hair) who gave me my food couldnt be less bothered. Slammed the glass on me twice when I asked for my missing item as if I did something wrong.
Last time I am visiting this place. Either I just have terrible luck with this one, but most likely whoever does the hiring at this location does not care, the managers do not care and I am surprised that it even is sniffing a 3 as a rating.

Every single time I go there and I order more than one thing they always just give me 2 of the same thing even if I ordered two separate things. Usually I wouldn't care but there's a price difference in the two things I ordered which means I'm spending extra money. The food is still fine which is why it's not that big of a problem but it's still insane that they charge me for the difference

Had lunch on August 7th, ordered from Lueynis. I ordered a medium drink along with my meal and my Dads. She rung up for fries instead of medium drink and when we brought up her mistake, she become argumentative and refused to fix it, claims I ordered fries and not a drink which was not the case. Made it a point to tell us that we were wrong. Train your employees proper customer service and not to be rude to people. It wasn’t that difficult to fix, but instead chose to argue with us. Will never come to this location again. I have never been so disrespected by an employee and it’s awful.

We ate here late on Saturday night. We had a long evening at the urgent care and just wanted a quick meal. The girl taking my order had awesome customer service. I ordered a triple baconater with no bun. She indicated to me they could do a lettuce wrap if I wanted. When we pulled around to the window we waited just a few minutes for the food to be done and it was hot and fresh when it came out. Great job to the team!
Dietary restrictions: Keto options with lettuce wrap, hold the ketchup.

Very disappointed in the service my mom received. Young kids at the counter and one must have been in training. Neither one acted like they knew what the deal was.
I was more pissed off at the kid yelling "HERE" when my mom's food was ready. You simply don't do that. Common courtesy and respect go a long way. These younger generations need lessons in etiquette.
Oh also forgot to mention my mom's burger was RAW in the middle. Not medium. Disgusting.

I ordered a plain cheeseburger with no toppings, they added toppings. I also ordered a Dave's single, for some reason they put tomato, onions, a ton of mayo on it and nothing else. The bun was also burnt. This location has really fallen off. Just go to the DQ across the street instead.

I have the app, so I was able to get a sandwich for $1. And a coupon for a free item if I bought 1 regular menu item. And I have a Wendy Keychain, so I got a mini orange cream shake free. So all together, I got a baked potato, chili, chicken sandwich, and a mini shake for $5.00. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, showing me how to use my app. To get all my rewards.
