Coastal Kitchen at Bear Trap Dunes offers delicious food and friendly service. Guests have enjoyed the crabcake sandwich with sweet potatoes, crab dip with chunks of crab, and a grilled chicken salad with good seasoning. The lasagna and Asian salmon were also enjoyed. A family of 10, 3 generations, found it a great place on a Friday Night with featured music. Wine was priced very reasonably, and kids meals were amazing, served on a tray with little compartments for juice cup, dessert, and meal. The kids wanted hot dogs, which were top quality. Adults shared Flatbread with figs and Wings, both excellent. The crabcake on a bun was all crab with really fresh local tomatoes and slaw. Sweet potato fries were huge, delicious, and made in house. Service was impeccable. Another guest got the chicken salad sandwich, loaded with chicken salad, and sweet potato fries were a hit. However, a transfusion cocktail was not balanced, service was a little slow, and there was no service inside. Overall not bad but not great.
