Are you kidding..
. 45 minutes for a salid. Our server was very nice. The kitchen killed any chance for a tip. Half of our table (6top) had their food in a reasonable time. A Smash Burger and Chicken Salad took between 35 and 45 minutes. Not to mention we had a 2 year old in the party. Any one ever entertain a 2 year old for 30 minutes after the 2 year old is finished eating? All I can say is chose wisely where you want to spend your evening.

....ITS LIKE A DUNGEON WITH BLACKED OUT WINDOW SHADES....MIDDLE OF THE DAY ITS PITCH DARK!! NO WONDER YOUR SERVERS ARE DRAGGING...YOURE THROWING THEIR Circadian rhythm off by making them work in darkness during daytime!!!! DEPRESSING for just the hour I was there...Cant imagine working an 8 hr day in the dark then going home to darkness never getting sunlight ......OPEN THE SHADES....UNLESS ITS 95 DEGREES OUT THERE IS NO REASON NOT TO LET Sun light in during lunch.
I come here because they fry in beef tallow not motor oil like others...but today instead of eating in I ordered 10 classic plain to go.
Its about 5 or 6 minutes from my home so those wings should be still hot when I get home but today they were dry and barely warm which tells me they arent fresh made. The chicken didnt taste a day old so they may have been made 8 hours ago then kept watm, but 20 bucks for cold wings is never good since that was all I ordered.

Waiters are never attentive, young hostess with blonde curly hair always has an attitude. Doesn’t even look at you when speaking. But the guys at the bar are always wonderful. Take out is always good too

This Buffalo Wild Wings was very disappointing, the server was not attentive at all. Ordered a Bloody Mary and it did not have any of the stuff in a normal one , when we asked about it the server said this is only the second one he has ever made so didn’t know how to make it. Our food came cold and this is because the server was to busy talking with the other staff so when our food was ready it just sat at the window and got cold . I would not recommend stopping at this location

The two stars is for the server. And that’s being generous. Gave no Fs and moved so slow!! Food is as expected, but this has become a sad place.

The food is your typical BWW food. No complaints - but the service is just SOOOO awful. We’ve been here twice and won’t come back due to the lack of service and just the overall indifference in the servers attitude towards their jobs.

Easy to get to location. Plenty of parking. Clean atmosphere with a friendly staff. We went on a weeknight, so the restaurant only had a few tables full. Service was extremely slow in receiving our food. My burger arrived dry and overcooked. It was edible, but not great. Because I had waited so long to get my food, I was so hungry and didn't bother mentioning it to our server. I just would've had to wait even longer. This may not be the usual experience at this location, but it was mine.

The most uncomfortable bench seating. A dj speaker next to our table. The waiter forgot us. The food gave me indigestion.

It was good overall but rather boring as I had gone here on a weekday lunch. I know you aren't supposed to believe the commercials but some music would liven this place up.
