Horrible service. I was given the wrong order, was missing items, and once I got my food it was cold. The server barely checked in on us, didn’t apologize, or even try to quickly get us the right food. Never going back.

Man… I hate leaving bad reviews… but this place stinks. Wrong orders, cold food, poor service. This is simply not a serious operation.

Service was just not good. Attitude and apathy. Bartender was a piece of work. We sat at the bar but moved to a table. It was a little better but we won't be going back.

My 60 yr old dad has been to this location many times and enjoyed beers and a game no problem. Some bartender carded him for some reason his last visit. OK fine. His ID was expired so she proudly and aggressively refused him service. OK fine. He asked for a manager because a manager can clear a customer for service if they don't have an ID. We have done this before at Severn, Baltimore location - because he is clearly over 21 they do it no problem. She was not happy about it and made that known. Then the manager refused him service. OK fine. But WHY did he sit there for 25 minutes ignored after that? He was just going to get an ice tea and some wings and enjoy the game since he walked all the way there. But she wouldn't speak to him again. Wouldn't even look at him. Strange situation. So OK fine - he left and will not return.

The worst BWW I've ever been to.

The place is dingy and dark - that's not BWW. Turn some lights on. Bright and lively is the goal. This isn't a dive bar. The over-served old man falling asleep at the bar? Call him a cab. Try smiling and saying welcome to wild wings. The host literally just stared at us. Literally. Stared and said nothing. We just nodded at him and walked on in.

You're a sports bar - so here's an idea. Put sports on. I went there during several live NBA, NHL, and NCAAM games - but NONE were on any of the 25+ TV's. I asked for an NBA game with a specific team and channel - and the nervous, fidgeting manager put on NBA TV with a talk show on and never checked with me.

The bartender was terrible. She just keeps her back to the customers most of the night - and when you do ask for something she has attitude like you just woke her up and told her to go to school. She dropped our food off by coming up behind us- bouncing the plate on the bar and saying nothing.

It's a BWW - so you don't expect a royal experience. You DO expect sports to be on - or at least turned on when you request it. You expect a little courtesy and gratitude. And you don't expect to see drunks falling off the bar stools.

I ordered online first time so excited but definitely not recommended. I ordered 15 chicken wins, when I get home. the chicken . It’s like they cooking in the morning and they just warmed up. Don’t waste your money go there. Better order chipotle fresh

Went in for a pickup order was done and ready very fast and accurate service

Waited 25 minutes for my take out order after ordering it online 2 hours prior. Second time this has happened by the way

Waited over 20 minutes in the take out area before someone even acknowledged people were waiting. My fries were cold. And thank god I'm not allergic to blue cheese considering that's what I got instead of the ranch that I asked for. Oh and my carrots are slimey? Gross. Very disappointed in this visit.

Ordered online. Order was accurate & ready when I arrived. Ordered Ultimate Nachos w/ chicken while there, it arrived suspiciously quick, which tells me perhaps not all ingredients are as fresh as they could be. Overall, Online Wing Deal worth it. Solid customer service.

Wings came out cold after waiting 30 minutes when we were 1 of the 9 tables in the establishment. Did not receive an item that we ordered and unfortunately received attitude from our server about it. Very disappointing how down hill this place is going!!
