Take out - food was good but got shorted on boneless wings. Called and got credit for future purchase.

Called 3 times, phone rang for total of 32 minutes until someone answered at 6:36, ordered 20 wings with 2 sauces on the side, was told 20 minutes. Arrived at 6:56, went into take out area, while 3 others were also waiting, restaurant only half full, and extremely dirty, Noone working take out, received order at 7:23, not the 20 minutes, but 2x that, looked at receipt which showed ordered not placed in their system until 6:59, got home, wrong 2 sauces on sides and wings inedible, looked like they were cooked twice, will not be returning, 30 bucks down the drain...

We were tired from the beach trying to have a nice meal before our plans later on in the day and we waited 1 hour for our food, our server rarely stopped by our table, and when she did she would bring one thing over at a time: forgetting the other drinks that we’ve needed refilled. After eating we had to wait another hour just for our cards to be taken with the bill. I won’t deny the food was good, the service was simply just terrible. The servers name is Kayla by the way.

The hostess who “greeted” us looked like she hated life. We were seated at about 6:20, before the rush. Waited a good few minutes to get our drink order. My kids drinks were gone before our server returned to take our appetizer order, which was about 15 minutes. Didn’t even acknowledge the empty cups. Then, we waited another 30 minutes to even get our order taken. Another 30 for our food, and one order wasn’t even right and still no refills on drinks. When the server came back with the right order (and cold tots), we then asked for drinks.
There were other patrons who came after us that had already ate and left. Then waited another 20 minutes for the check and boxes.
We wanted to give this location a try instead of going to Salisbury.

Very Slowww service I believe due to skeleton staffing. It looks like there were 2 waitresses trying to accommodate an entire bldg of hungry customers. The 2 waitresses did a good job being the circumstances they were forced with. No manager ever appeared so I could share the stressfulness of the poor stain that this Buffalo Wild Wings had created on people who frequently supports the business like myself everywhere I travel and see one is there. This one was horrible and very very unorganized out of all the many I frequent. Not sharing pictures this time, but upon my next visit I will if NO changes. #Every1getsAnotherChance

I haven’t been here in two years because they cannot teach their waitresses how to explain deals. They told us today that it’s buy one get the second half off on all wings on Tuesdays and Charged us regular price so They false advertise out of their mouth and told us something that was incorrect and made us pay for their mistakes. I haven’t been there in two years and it looks like I will not come back anymore after this because my trust is completely lost now I get online and I read it for myself is traditional. Why did they tell us it’s Boneless and traditional, highly dissatisfied completely ruined a good night out. By the way, they knew my kids We’re paying out of their own pocket for their own food and they still ripped them off. How do you steal from a kid and stand there with a smile afterwards and my kids were still humble to clean the table off And both of them tipped the waitress still. I am very upset now that I am him reading this

Stopped in after a day at the beach. Waited over 5 minutes to get seated, it wasnt even busy. Bailee eventually came over and said, is this OK, the table by the door, we said sure. After sitting for nearly 10 min waiting for a server, asked Bailee, if we were gonna get a server and she rolled her eyes as she walked by and said, yeah. Another couple minutes later, a girl stopped by, annoyed to even be serving us to ask us what we wanted drink. At that point BWW clearly didn't want or need our business so we left. We are locals and frequent BWW often but now it is off the list for sure.

I went to order online and the app was not working. I called and I was told the price online could not be matched. This added 10 dollars to the price. I ordered anyways and when I got there, there was a group of people and no one would help. I left without getting my order.

Appetizers came out last and was cold. Family of four had eaten before my cheese steak came out. By this time just got a go box so no one had to wait on me. Cheese steak was a cheese steak no peppers or onions. Don't know why thay ask if you want them. Cheese steak was also Luke warm.

First time visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings location. We stopped in around 9:45pm, so they were wrapping up for the day. Response from the server was a bit slow and the place was pretty messy. May have been due to the time, since they may have been preparing to close out the day. A lot of tables had remnants on them, and the floor had spillage on it near our table. The plus side of the visit was the food. The food came rather quick and was very good. Portions were big and the food was prepared well. We had the smash burger cheeseburgers, boneless wings, salads and nacho salad. Place is located in Rehoboth right on Rte 1.

Our food was cold but after waiting for 45 minutes we didn't want to send it back. We also didn't receive some of the items we ordered...celery/ carrots blue cheese. It wasn't overly busy. This was my first time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings and probably my last. Very disappointed.
