HUGE shoutout to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware Chick Fil A!!! The kindness of the staff here during a super embarassing moment where my natural "bad luck" picked the worst time to shine... I Ofcourse in a large minivan, ran out of gas MID-DRIVE-THRU taking up BOTH lanes where people couldn't pass (as you can imagine on a Friday evening, the folks in line want their chick fil A!) the employee outside immediately got on his walkee-talkee and called in the best of the best to get me in...read full review
Was in tonight to buy a gift card. The machine kept freezing & I wasn't able to pay to run my card. Asked the young man at the register to get a manager to look at/fix the issue. Two ladies came over (one had manager under her name, couldn't see the other's name tag.) Both were very short with me & the one with manager under her name, tossed the receipt & my credit card at me after finally getting the register to work. I I'll drive up to the Milford CFA from now on.
