The manager here is such a stifler and acts more concerned about saving Chick-fil-A $0.50 than customer service. We ordered a meal with soda and asked for a cup of water as well. Her employees added the water to the meal instead of the soda, and we had to pay for the soda instead of getting free water. She refused to offer any kind of assistance or compensation. Food was okay, but the customer service was not.

Sad to say this once good CF has been affected by the poor economy.I purchased a spicy biscuit the other day that was a grease bomb. Had to throw it away it was so bad. Parts of the batter where uncooked and it was dripping in grease... Frying chicken is not the easiest thing it turns out to be. Get better cooks or dont bother serving.

Food is usually ok, but like every fast food restaurant in Rehoboth, quality is inconsistent. My meal today was just bad all around. Bread was not fresh, chicken was off, and fries were cold. I ordered mac n cheese and received just cheese sauce in a cup. I'm taking it as a sign to take a break from ordering takeout. So disappointed. I had to jump through hoops to get reimbursed thru DoorDash because the store had no way to make it right on their own.
