“Stopped in this morning and ordered a coffee smoothie and it was very good. The staff were friendly and efficient. My total time from waiting to order and receiving my order was about 15 minutes. The shop was fairly busy, however the staff was very good at receiving orders and giving the completed orders to their customers. Will definitely return and highly recommend!!!

This post is specifically for the owners and management of the Rehoboth Beach location. During the summer season, I avoid this location… it is way too busy and the layout and staff are not able to deliver like the off season months. Owners and management, you have a terrific product, dedicated staff and an idea location!!!! However, you seriously need to analyze your business and adjust to meet the demands of your customers. Due to being overwhelmed and poor productivity, your customers will eventually look elsewhere. As a few suggestions; the kitchen needs to hand out completed food orders to customers in place of waiting for drink staff trying to break away preparing drinks, add another complete drink preparation area in the bar area and a quality control member to ensure food and drinks are up to your company standards. You should consider stopping all online orders during the locations busiest hours. Your business is customer driven and you have many dissatisfied and frustrated customers.“
