DiFebo's Restaurant in Rehoboth remains a popular choice for diners, offering a cozy atmosphere that’s perfect for a traditional "Sunday dinner." The restaurant features a variety of dishes, including Grandmother's ravioli, veal parmesan, and homemade spaghetti with sausage. Guests frequently praise the excellent service from the staff and appreciate the attention from management, who often check on diners. The menu also includes Italian Wedding Soup, Caesar Salad, garlic bread, meatballs, and pasta fagioli, all enjoyed by many.
Recent visitors have highlighted the perfect texture and amazing flavors of the pasta, noting that it’s not drowned in sauce like in some Italian restaurants. The food is served as it should be, with prices considered worth it. Some guests have sampled dishes like short rib with mushroom risotto, which they highly recommend, and others have enjoyed appetizers like artichoke and the house-made blood orange Gelato. Many diners mention that the food, especially the pastas, keeps getting better each year.
While service can sometimes be inconsistent, with dishes not always cleared promptly, the overall experience is positive, and many say the food is worth it. DiFebo's is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their dining experience. The restaurant continues to attract visitors with its good, plentiful food and inviting atmosphere.
