Indigo Reviews
My wife and I stopped into Indigo tonight on a whim, because we had an errand in Rehobeth. We live an hour north. We probably eat Indian 2-4 times a month at various places. This was the BEST Indian food we've had. The service was outstanding and when I asked if they could make Gobi Manchurian because it wasn't on the menu, not only did they INSIST I let them make it, it was the best we've ever had. I would give this place 15 stars if I could. We will definitely be back for a...read full review

Indigo offers friendly service and a wide selection of well-prepared Indian food at reasonable prices. The staff is kind and attentive, creating a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant's unique, ancient-like atmosphere adds charm to the visit. Guests can enjoy delicious options like vegetable pakoras, chicken biryani, chicken saag, and a variety of vegan choices clearly listed on the menu. Many customers have praised the flavorful lamb in curry sauce, channa masala, chicken Jalfrazie, and Karahi Gosht, with some noting the sauces that the chicken soaked up were spectacular. The naan is good, though not the best among the dishes. Indigo is one of the few Indian restaurants in Rehoboth and has received positive feedback for its tasty food and generous portions, making it a great spot for all tastes and preferences. Recent reviews highlight the outstanding flavor, especially the lamb curry which is rich, tender, and can be made extra spicy upon request. Customers appreciate the good value, generous portions, and warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, ensuring a relaxed yet elevated dining experience. The quality of the food, including vindaloo with high-quality beef and chicken tikka masala, is dependable and comparable to well-known restaurants in larger cities. The only minor disappointment is the naan, which is thin and a bit oily, but overall, Indigo remains a top choice for flavorful Indian cuisine near the beach. Visitors often find it to be a surprising gem, offering some of the best Indian food around with great flavor and heat.
