This restaurant is extraordinary. Our meal was one of the finest I have ever experienced. The caviar was stunning, as were the fois gras, soup, entrees, and dessert. To top everything off, the selection of vodka was brilliant. Hats off to the owner/chef/hostess for providing excellent advice and guidance. Bring your appetite!
We always have a wonderful evening at Red Square Caviar Bar. Victoria and her son Phillip are quintessential hosts and welcome us as guests in their own home. The menu is small, unique and delicious.... we always start with the tzars pizza. I had been thinking about the beef stroganoff all week as it is my favorite and Mike had the Kulebiaka which is delicious. Oh, and Phillip recommended a fantastic Russian Vodka martini (shaken NOT stirred) which was well worth the extra cost....
My husband and I were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we couldn't believe that we were having such an authentic experience in Russian cuisine and culture in Rehoboth Beach, DE. We made the right choice of taking the recommendations of food and drinks from the owner and her son. We ate and drank like royalty! I have not been able to get the night out of my mind!
