This is far one of the worse Starbucks I’ve been to. Flies flying over pastry, and staff not friendly. You better not ask for sugar or anything else to add to your coffee because they will give you a dirty look.

Very very hectic, had a couple different orders, and screwed the payments up, didn’t even give straw. The line wasn’t long anyways, so it was confusing why it was so hectic.

My coffee was lukewarm. The lady serving coffee was making sarcastic remarks about customers. Why am I paying $3 for a coffee and Starbucks can't even get the most basic criteria right?
In addition they need some help with landscape...

The staff and food/drinks were absolutely beyond amazing. I always get a venti iced matcha latte with soy milk, and this time added lavender cold foam. They also had these delectable pineapple cloud pastries that were to DIE for!
Dietary restrictions: If you have a dietary restrictions, let the staff know and they can recommend you something to fit your needs.
Music was too loud. Coffee Frappuccino was all ice and had little coffee flavor. Very unsatisfying experience.

My husband and I stopped in for coffee and something to eat on Feb11th 2024. The staff were busy but we didn’t mind waiting longer than usual as we understood they were short staffed. We sat down with our snacks and waited and my latte never arrived. Mobile orders came and left and customers came in to order at the counter and got their orders and left or sat down . My husband asked at the counter and the girl lost her mind and shouted “ can’t you see we’re busy here with only three of us “ and then proceeded to bang the coffee pot and milk steamer in a temper tantrum I guess . People in the cafe seemed shocked by the outburst. The customers seated to the right of me looked over in disbelief. Not a good look for Starbucks ! We are done , never going back there.
