I asked went to this location to receive my birthday reward, which was a free drink. I was super excited to redeem the reward because I have no money to spend for Starbucks right now, and a free drink that I would normally pay over $6 for is a great benefit. I ordered my reward through the Starbucks app, and it was done by the time I got there - less than 10 minutes after submitting my order. The barista was super nice, and my drink was DELICIOUS. I would love the atmosphere IF 95% of the seats weren't filled with people sitting on their laptops (working I guess). I get it, I'd do the same. I'm just too introverted to be around that many people.
Like I said, the drink was amazing; however, Ill never honestly be able to justify spending that much on my beloved Frappuccinos on any kind of regular basis. Even if I hit the Powerball one day, I am no longer cool with spending that kind of money on a darn COFFEE, or $40 on a branded mug, when there are people who don't even have food to eat or a place to live in this country...yeah, a bit deep for a Google review, lol. Anyway, if you are so inclined to come here every day or just for the occasional treat like myself, the customer service I've experienced here has been wonderful, and the drinks made perfect every single time.

If you want your drink made right by someone who actually knows what they’re doing, go somewhere else. I told them exactly how I wanted my drink, and they still messed it up. I specifically said to add the ice after the espresso so it wouldn’t get watered down — how hard is that?
There’s also some Karen energy in there, so be careful. I don’t need this kind of nonsense first thing in the morning. Just make the drink right, that’s all I’m asking. When it gets busy, there’s one lady who seems completely overwhelmed—running around and talking to herself.

It’s a waste of time ordering here. I placed two mobile orders and only received one drink. When I asked about my second drink, the guy told me to wait — I ended up waiting 15 minutes, and he still messed it up. He even said he’s been working there for five years and ā€œthat’s how he does it,ā€ while giving me attitude.
Turns out, he just put the sauce in the cup and left it there without even making my drink. I won’t be coming back here again — I’ll just go to the Acme Starbucks instead. I came here three days in a row, and they messed up my order every single time. That’s ridiculous.

Spacious and relaxing interior great for studying and reading. Will was my barista and he was very friendly and courteous. The ambiance was one of the nicest I have seen at a Starbucks chain.

This has to be hands down the best Starbucks we ever went to...one in PA and one in Maryland lately give you nothing but whipped cream for a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap...this place is consistently good.

The sales associates were very snippy and after ordering $60 in drinks they said it was against policy to give a cup of ice water. It wasn't busy when we first came in to order, so the attitude wasn't due to be overwhelmed with customers.
